Registration is now open! Cranford’s July 4th tradition is back for its 47th year. Whether you run the classic 4-miler or participate in the family friendly 1-mile fun run, be part of one of Union County’s great Independence Day traditions, and start your 4th off with a bang!

The river is one of our town’s jewels. On Saturday, April 18th from 9-noon, we’re joining several local groups in cleaning it up. There are 7 meetup spots across town, and garbage bags will be provided. The Jaycees will be at the footbridge on Riverside Drive. Sponsored by the Cranford Clean & Green Team.

For 70 years the Cranford Jaycees have combined networking, community activity, individual development, and training while making friends for life.
Members participate in volunteer community events, establish rewarding friendships and professional contacts, and experience the gratification of servicing humanity.
Throughout the year, the Cranford Jaycees host many events, such as the Firecracker 4-Miler and Oktoberfest, to raise funds for the Jaycees scholarship programs and other local causes. We also organize a number of free events for the community, such as the Easter Egg Hunt and Father’s Day Fishing Derby. Additionally, the Jaycees are frequently called upon to assist with manpower to help run events in town.
